Shipping
1. Because Moomio is a digital purchase, you will never be charged for Shipping and Handling.
2. Some of our Merchants will allow you to redeem your Moomio for free Shipping and Handling on your purchase at their site. Please be aware that purchasing a Moomio from us does not gaurantee free shipping and handling at any of our associated Merchants.
Returns
1. All Moomio sales are final.
2. Moomio does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
3. In the event that our system fails to issue by email your unique Moomio code, we will cancel the code assigned to your purchase and reissue a new unique code. You must fill out the form on the

and include your name, email, phone number, purchase order number, and date of purchase.
4. All Moomios expire 30 days after date of purchase.
Issues With Merchants
1. Moomio is only responsible for selling the unique Moomio code to be used at our participating Merchants.

3. If you experience trouble with a Merchant failing to honor your Moomio code purchased on our site, please fill out

. Be sure to include the name of the merchant, the date, and the specifics of the issue.
4. Moomio is not responsible for Merchants who fail to honor Moomio Codes. Repeated violations or failure to honor the codes will result in immediate termination of the relationship between Moomio and the Merchant.
5. Your Moomio is only valid at Merchants who are participating at the time you purchase your Moomio. If a Merchant partners with Moomio after you have purchased your Moomio, you will have to purchase a new Moomio to receive the discount from the new Merchant.
6. Merchants may cancel their relationship with Moomio at any time and may at their discretion choose to no longer honor Moomio Codes. Moomio urges all of its Merchants to continue honoring codes for 30 days, however, Moomio will not be held responsible if a Merchant fails to honor your code.
